Visit Canada

Canada is a beautiful country and you can visit this country by being a tourist. Either you have a family or friend whom you want to visit or do a business trip, you can do so by applying for a temporary residency visa.

Temporary Residency Visa (Visitor Visa/Visitor Record)

C anada requires citizens of many countries to obtain a Temporary Residency Visa to visit or stay in Canada on a temporary basis. Examples of citizens from these countries are Vietnam, China, Philippines, India....

If you are from a visa-exempt country (i.e.: Singapore, Japan, UK...) and as long as you are admissible, you only need your valid passport and an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) in order to visit Canada, normally for up to six months.

If you are looking to move to Canada on a longer-term basis, to be able to work and/or study, you will normally need either a Work Permit or Study Permit, or Permanent Residency.
